Service Warranty
For a period of three years from the date of completion, King Solar warranties all work performed by authorized service personnel to be free from defects in workmanship.
If such a defect occurs, King Solar will correct the defect at no charge to the customer. Products, parts and components installed by King Solar carry their own factory warranties and if such an item fails within the manufacturer warranty period, King Solar will send the defective item back to the factory or exchange the part or try to repair it on location, if feasible. King Solar, in such an event, will charge it's standard hourly labor charge for travel time to the job location plus whatever pick-up or repair time would be involved with the defective item, but would not charge for any products under warranty. If the factory provides for a labor allowance for parts repaired in the field under warranty, then such labor allowance would be subtracted in part or total from the labor charge to the customer and King Solar would then bill the factory. If any parts fail within 90 days of installation, King will not charge for pickup or repair of any defective item it has installed.
